Welcome to Bravo Company 672! Please remember to check the scheduled events and even use the chat to find/plan a game that works for you, and to check in with your fellow group members. This is a group filled with a lot of fresh members, but we all have the same goals in mind. We want to group up and enjoy the game whilst playing with other like minded people. We get things done in the game, but more importantly we try to create a positive experience for everyone.
Note from group mod:
Since this group is jammed pack with new members and doesn't have a Mod at this time. I will jump in to try and lay down some Moderator information. This site is only as good as the group members make it, so we should all try to do our best to make it work for everyone.
Things we can do to improve our experience,
1) Make games in advance(aim for at least 24 hours early unless you know you have people interested) at times that people will be interested in playing. If you are the game's creator, then you are charged with getting invites out to the rest of the group through xbox 5-10 minutes before the start of the game.
2) Drop by the chat to check in with group members and to organize groups.
3) Make sure to show up for sessions you sign up for, or drop out once you know you can't make it, as we all know things can come up.
4)Have a game you aren't sure you can make? Sign up as a reserve to let the game creator know that if he doesn't have enough he should check in with you before turning to anyone else.
Things we can try to avoid,
1)The goal of this site is to be as inclusive as possible on game sessions. Feel free to require a Light level for events, but it is a good idea to be flexible and never ask for many requirements for a raid.
2)Again, please do your best to avoid signing up for a game and then not showing up. When people see a full game they are unlikely to join, so you are hurting the team when you do this. If you ever can't make it then try your best to communicate that and drop out from the game.
3)Avoid being passive, if you want to make a game, go for it. If you want to join a game do the same. If they don't fill try to ask around the group to find a time that would work better.
I apologize for the information dump, but these groups rely on the people in them to make them work. So we should be as active as we can.
